Mid-century Makeover

The problem

Tired plantings and a damaged fence were eyesores in the front lawn of this mid-century modern home.

Our approach

A curved stone walkway bordered by lush, shades-of-evergreen plantings now adds interest to the entryway. A painted wooden privacy screen was added to the front and new beds, including evergreens, grasses, and river rock were planted on either side. The vegetable garden fence was replaced with a painted cedar plank screen that complements the mid-century architecture.
